Outpatient Imaging Affiliates is seeking an driven Regional Sales Manager with the ability to successfully lead outside sales representatives who seek growth opportunities in the medical community in markets where OIA owns and operates medical imaging centers. At least 5-7 years of sales leadership experience, with direct supervisory responsibility, is required. This position requires frequent travel to our centers in the Midwest and South to accompany sales reps on ride-alongs and collaborate with the local teams to achieve the goals of the organization.

This position is fully remote.

Requirements:

EXPERIENCE:

5-7 years of sales leadership experience required.

EDUCATION:

To be competitive, applicant should have a bachelor's degree in Public Relations/Marketing, Radiologic Technology, Healthcare or Communication and/or have significant related experience or training.

SKILLS/ABILITIES:

  • Ability to work within a team but independently execute the sales plan.
  • Working knowledge of needs-based sales techniques, active listening skills and ability to persevere through objections.
  • Ability to work within program objectives, deadlines, and budgetary limitations.
  • Knowledge of medical field and imaging.
  • Knowledge of computer applications, including information CRM systems, keyboard input, digital archiving, and retrieving of data.
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel and Outlook, and have aptitude with other software applications.
