Prepares clinical and progress notes and submits all required paperwork in a timely manner according to agency policy and procedure.

The person who accepts this assignment will be responsible for meeting the challenge of growth-oriented assignments and interacting with a wide-range of people

Responsibilities include, but not limited to, scheduling follow-up appointments and in-office testing via telephone. High school or equivalent (Preferred).

Must possess a valid drivers license and maintain a driving record satisfactory to the Tribes insurance carrier.

Greeting and waiting on guests. Must Be 19 years of age. 1-2 years of serving experience. Evening & Weekend Availability is a must.
