Our care team works together to form a rehabilitation plan tailored to meet individual patient needs along with having a HealthPartners physician and nurse practitioner team onsite to provide medical management.

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
• Currently licensed as a RN by the State of Minnesota
• CPR

Multiple opportunities available:

• .8 FTE (64 hrs/2 weeks) Days ($1,500 Sign On Bonus)
• .8 FTE (64 hrs/2 weeks) Days/Evenings ($2,500 Sign On Bonus)
• .6 FTE (48 hrs/2 weeks) Evenings ($3,000 Sign On Bonus)
• .6 FTE (48 hrs/2 weeks) Nights ($1,500 Sign on Bonus)
