The Gardens at Stevens is seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor RN for our skilled nursing facility in Stevens, PA,

The Registered Nurse Supervisor RN will direct the performance of nursing personnel, under the medical direction of the residents attending physician's and the Director of Nursing Services.

Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse of this state
  • Has Supervisory Experience in Long Term Care
  • Covid Vaccine required unless an approved exemption is presented upon hiring
