Pay Rate: up to $105 HR/ MAX RATE

Mandatory Qualifications

Five (5) or more years of hands-on experience with BMC Remedy/Helix installations, upgrades, configurations and development (relevant architecture experience)

A bachelor's degree in one (1) of the computer sciences fields or in management information systems; or Five (5) years of work experience in IT, systems analysis, management analysis, program planning, program research, or program evaluation.

Proficient in the English language

Preferred Qualifications

BMC Accredited Developer

Experience with BMC Remedy/Helix data migration tools

Experience with integrating Active Directory with BMC Remedy/Helix for role-based permissions and customer database updates

Experience with BMC Digital Workplace and product catalog configuration, including workflow approvals

Experience with migrating code and data into Remedy environments

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to educate and train in-house support staff on the BMC Remedy configuration and upgrade process(es) (including troubleshooting approaches)
