Position: Agriculture Assistant Project Manager (Field work required)

About the project in USA

As part of its process of continuing growth, in 2016 AgIdea started operations in the United States for servicing the expanding needs of our current customers. Starting with two field testing locations in the state of Missouri, we have continued to expand into the states of Kansas, Iowa, and Illinois.

Main responsibilities of position

Ø Help with the planting, note taking and harvesting of trials during the growing season

Ø Work extended hours including weekends during planting and harvest

Ø Help with maintaining trials and fields during the growing season

Ø Assist in maintenance of equipment during the winter months

Ø Work with both Operations and Project Management teams to successfully complete tasks

Profile of candidates

Ø Willingness to continue learning and training

Ø Good communicative and organizational skills

Ø Knowledge of crop production and/or farming practices desired

Ø Mechanical and maintenance background a plus

Ø Proactive, self-motivated, and willing to work with a team

Work Experience

Ø Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or experience working with agricultural field equipment.

Ø Marshall, MO, Mid West United States, USA.

Ø Additional information

Extended hours during the busy season. Four day work weeks during the winter months of December, January, February and March.
