Barrel & Vine, located in Downtown Lemont, is looking to build our front of house team!
With the opening upon us, we are looking for highly motivated and capable
bartender/server. This will be a fast paced, high volume restaurant and we're looking to build our team as soon as possible. We are looking for an enthusiastic bartender to provide an excellent guest drinking experience. Our bar will feature crafted cocktails, local and global wines and an extensive whiskey list.
Responsibilities
Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
Interact with customers, take orders and serve food and drinks
Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendation
Plan and present bar menu
Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Skills
Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
Computer literacy
Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: Up to $8.00 per hour
