Bachelors degree (BA/BS) in mechanical or electrical engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Must have knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems. Other general administrative duties as assigned. Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM.

Helps manage the store aesthetic and merchandising to maximize sales at the direction of store management. Works with customers to create a "perfect experience"

At least 3 years previous experience in a project and/or launch management role and bachelors degree in business or related field is preferred.

Assists Communities with meeting or exceed performance goals, through weekly telephone calls, strategy meetings, and various forms of support.
