We are currently looking to expand our ever-growing team by hiring a Sales and Estimating Professional.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Engage with prospects who have requested estimates

• Perform site visits
• Assess prospects' needs
• Develop scope of work
• Produce accurate cost estimate
• Deliver proposal to customer same day if possible
• Coordinate with inside sales to close more deals!

• Enter/Maintain customer information in the company CRM
• Work from field and report to local office

• Build new and maintain existing relationships with our residential and commercial customers.
• Your responsibility is to sell the job and our superintendent produces the job.
• Follow up with customer after job is complete and ask for referral!

Qualifications

• Computer literate and able to learn new software programs
• Physically able to climb a ladder
• Motivated and energized
• Ability to work well with others in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in roofing & project management is a plus!
• Able to run multiple leads per day and generate proposals

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year

Benefits:

• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
• Commission pay

Experience:

• Construction Estimating: 1 year (Preferred)
• Sales: 3 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
