We are looking for a qualified and knowledgeable Sales Associate & Rental Clerk to join our team, assisting with our Rental Units and selling Powersports & Marine manufacturer units, and accessories. Must have great customer service skills and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. We are a multi-location business with a major focus on customer service. An excellent candidate is self-motivated, dependable, and trustworthy.

Responsibilities:

· Completing training on manufacturer units and accessories

· Inform customers of the best unit or accessories for their needs

· Recommend related products to increase customers’ options

· Providing customers with professional quotes and informing customers on financial options

· Promoting special sales, promotions, or coupons

· Verifying all customer information and documentation needed to obtain a rental unit, prepare units for customer pick up, and maintain customer information within our system

· Explain rental options for hourly, daily, and weekly rates

Skills and Qualifications:

· Sales experience and exceptional customer service skills: 2 years

· Excellent communications skills

· Working knowledge of Powersports or Marine sales: 1 year

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Exceptional computer skills

· Experience in Powersports, Marine, and small engines a plus
