Job Summary:
We are seeking a Sales Engineer to promote and sell metal machined components and assemblies in the US market. This individual must be highly motivated and a self‐starter.

This individual must possess the desire to learn and react to a fast-moving pace. They must be skilled at strengthening existing customer relationships, along with building a new customer base. They must enjoy working and collaborating with cross-functional departments to best serve our customers and drive an exceptional customer experience. Must take leadership role in providing timely and accurate quotes and ensures that quotes meet or exceeds our profitability goals

Contract Manufacturing experience within the medical and aerospace/defense as well as machined precision components experience is helpful; however, it is not required. Successful candidate will work and train directly with the President.

• Digital Marketing execution and optimization. Experience with ZoomInfo desired.
• Log and manage CRM data, Experience with HubSpot desired.
• Develop and maintain sales pipeline forecast report
• Tracks and maintains cost/pricing information, compiling database for future reference
• Responds in a timely manner to telephone calls, emails and RFQ’s from customers and potential customers
• Reviews specifications, blueprints, and parts; estimating labor and set-up to process work; and obtaining the value to the customer
• Communicates customer requirements to the internal team (including quality requirements, budget, and delivery needs)

Qualifications and Skills

• Associates technical degree or higher preferred, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in quoting and sales in technology manufacturing
• Understanding of sales process in technical driven market
• Exposure and understanding of CNC machine tools and related equipment
• Self-motivated and independently driven
• Meets deadlines with minimal supervision
• Expected routine travel to customers, including occasional overnight projects

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
