Job Description :

Continental Graphix, USA, is in search of a part-time associate to assist in its sales and marketing efforts. The position offers a variety of duties and opportunities and may grow into a full-time position in time. Initial schedule will be Monday, Wednesday and Friday hours.

Major responsibilities include (but not limited to):

Marketing & Social Media:

  • Development and posting of social media content on all major channels
  • Coordination, and management of paid social media campaigns.
  • Tracking and reporting on social and website analytics – maintaining a social /website metrics dashboard.
  • Drafting content for blog posts, promotional materials, and other digital assets
  • Participate in the ongoing development of effective B (business) to B (business) marketing strategies
  • Managing and creating printed marketing assets to support sales team
  • Organizing trade shows.

Customer and Sales Support:

  • Placing & taking customer sales call.
  • Preparing hand samples for distribution to customers and sales force. Hand cutting and trimming and matching with specification sheets.
  • Monitoring inventory of sales literature which may include ordering supplies as needed.
  • Working in the warehouse as needed, unloading/loading trucks with a forklift, picking boxes and material for shipment, stacking & reorganizing as needed.
  • Strapping and wrapping pallets for freight shipments.
  • Preparing shipment paperwork by using QuickBooks accounting software. This includes creating invoices, pack slips and emailing invoices.
  • Completing excel spreadsheets noting daily shipments.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Website design and maintenance.
  • Knowledge of software design tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (In-Design, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier Pro)
  • Basic skills using Google Display network to buy ads and know where to target to grow your business
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and manage posting of relevant social media content
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to prioritize tasks
  • Highly organized and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Must be comfortable working in a small team environment, where job responsibilities may shift, and flexibility is required
  • At least 2+ years of experience working in B-to-B environment
  • Willingness to travel several times a year for tradeshows or relevant marketing events

Part-time positions do not qualify for benefits. Benefits will be available if/when the position becomes full-time.
