Schmidt Boat Lifts & Docks, a family owned & operated company since 1986, & the premier waterfront equipment manufacturer, distributor, & service company in Wisconsin is currently looking to add a full time salesperson to our team who would work at our Kaukauna headquarters. Successful applicant will need to gain knowledge of a wide variety of waterfront products & services in order to assist our customers in finding the best solution for their specific waterfront needs.

Qualified individual must:

--be personable & professional with customers in person, on the phone, & on email

--be self-motivated, trustworthy & able to work with a team, but also independently

--be comfortable working on a computer (MS Office & Quickbooks experience is a plus)

--be able to help load/unload equipment to assist customers

--have a valid driver's license

Taking care of our customers, being accountable, an attention to detail, teamwork, communication & supporting the entire team are essential for this position. Marine experience, or a knowledge of local waterways & being mechanical are definitely helpful.

Our showroom is open Monday - Friday (9am-5pm offseason, 9am-6pm in season) & Saturday (10am-2pm year round). (Saturdays are scheduled, not all required--more worked in-season, less in off-season). This is a year-round, full time position that does require overtime in spring & summer. Overtime paid for anything over 40 hours per week!
