Positioning for growth in 2023, Big 4 Trucking purchased new trucks in 2022 and added additional liquid bulk tanks, dry vans, and export chassis to our fleet. We are now looking for that experienced transportation sales professional to lead us in developing long-term business opportunities utilizing the capacity created by our growth in 2022 and the additional capacity to be gained with the purchase of additional equipment in 2023.

Qualifications:

2+ years of sales experience in the trucking industry preferred

Extensive network of shipper contacts available

Proficient written and verbal communication skills

Experience with closing sales deals in the trucking industry

Ability to remain resilient in the aggressive and competitive transportation industry

Ability to multi-task and troubleshoot various problems as they arise

Responsibilities:

• Logistics sales representative will be expected to develop, maintain, and grow a book of business
• Actively generates new sales leads and converts them to revenue generating accounts
• Establish both transactional and contractual/dedicated rates with customers
• Communicates with operations team to ensure execution and performance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
