We are looking for a Sales Representative to join our team. To qualify and develop opportunities we collaborateinput from business development, sales representatives, estimators, and subject matter experts to ensure we understand our customers' business and they see the value in our solutions. You would be a critical part of the team in enabling our airport and airline customers to grow and improve throughlarge, complex, transformationalprograms.

Salary Range: 60k - 80k

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Drive strategy, win themes for key pursuits while collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders
  • Nurture and develop relationships to generate quality leads while tracking progress through CRM systems
  • Articulate and adapt the Brock story, services, and solutions to our target markets
  • Develop proposals, pull together estimations and schedules by soliciting input from various members of the team
  • Engage directly and face-to-face with potential clients at all levels of their organization (shop floor to the C-Suite)
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, business recommendations, and pitches to potential clients
  • Build sales pipeline and pursuit plans fornew or incubatingclientsranging in the $M’s
  • Develop go-to-market strategy for netnew opportunities
  • Engage with clients at their locations (Travel approximately 30-50%)
  • In-Office (Irving,TX) business development and sales activities that may arise
Qualifications Required:
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) is preferred but not essential
  • Quick learner and quick on their feet, attentive to client cues, excellent listening skills, connect the dots in business environment, and can close deals
  • Ability to travel internationally
  • Genuine interest in building lasting relationships with clients & partners
  • Builds trust and rapport quickly
  • Experience in a sales role developing proposals and business cases directly with clients
  • Experience collaborating as part of a leadership/decision making team
  • Demonstrates good judgement, not afraid to make decisions or mistakes and learn from them
  • Excellent organizational, prioritizing, and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills – both in writing, oral, and presentation
  • Track record of curiosity in both how and why things work the way they do where tech is involved
