Sales Representative

Huber Supply is a family owned and operated industrial gas and tool company looking for a results-driven Sales Representative with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out, engage, and grow our customer prospects and territory. You will be asked to provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.

An ideal candidate will be high-energy, an eager learner, and have the drive to face the challenges of expanding the Huber Supply Company brand in a new market. This position represents a critical component in accomplishing Huber Supply Company's short and long term goals.

Sales Representative Job Responsibilities:

  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
  • Analyze the territories potential and create status reports.
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
  • Continuously improve through feedback.
  • Must be able to reliably commute to, and service, the Spencer, Spirit Lake, and Okoboji, IA area.

Requirements:

  • Three to five years of sales experience preferred.

Work Remotely- Hybrid remote position.
