Job Summary:

We are seeking a Bid Coordinator to join our team. The Bid Coordinator will be responsible for the coordination and preparation of bids for our clients. The successful candidate will work closely with our sales team, engineering team, and clients to prepare accurate and competitive bids for our products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Review bid requests and specifications to ensure all necessary information is available Coordinate with sales and engineering teams to gather information and pricing for bids Prepare accurate and timely bids in accordance with client requirements Communicate with clients to clarify bid details, answer questions, and provide additional information as needed Manage multiple bids simultaneously and meet strict deadlines Collaborate with internal teams to ensure bids meet company standards and requirements Track and maintain bid documentation for future reference and analysis Continuously evaluate and improve bid processes and procedures

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, construction management, or related field preferred Minimum of 2 years of experience in bid coordination or related field Strong organizational and project management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word Familiarity with construction drawings and specifications is a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines
