We are looking for an analytical, detail oriented leader to join our team. Our Salesforce Administrator is a key position within our company. They will partner with both IT and all Operational departments to provide exceptional service to our associates by administering and project managing our salesforce platform. This will ultimately provide an exceptional customer experience and help our company grow. Duties will include managing, maintaining and optimizing our Salesforce platform. Responsibilities:

• Ensure optimal performance of Salesforce field service, service cloud and sales cloud
• Maintain, upgrade and reconfigure our salesforce system for optimized integration
• Create new salesforce users as well as maintain positions, security roles, workflows and groups
• Import leads, contacts and other data- syncing all customer data
• Maintaining the sales cloud while building custom reports and dashboards
• Perform maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting and data cleansing
• Providing Salesforce training and support
• Preparing reports for all branches and departments

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/ Project Management Certification- preferred
• 5+ years of Salesforce administrator experience
• Experience with project and product management, product owner and enterprise architecture
• Leading teams/management experience of 4 years
• Extensive experience in administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems
• Experience with Salesforce configuration in a service company
