Campbell CPA Firm seeking full-time or part-time seasonal tax preparer to start in January.
Candidate should have at least 2 years experience, and knowledge of Lacerte software, along with Word and Excel. Possess or ability to get a PTIN required. EA or CPA is a strong plus.

The largest day to day aspects of the job include cash handling, merchandising, and customer service. Ability to learn and accurately operate pharmacy computer
Answering incoming calls and making out going calls answering patients questions regarding prescriptions, test results, and referrals.
Collections on past due customer accounts, email, and phone calls. Innovative month end journal entry preparation and upload. Daily COD payment reminder emails.
Payroll preview, balancing, analysis, confirming and reporting. Job Duties: In this role you will be providing customer support to our facility business office
PHR/SPHR certification or similar professional certification preferred. Monitors licensure for clinical staff and processes new out of state licensure for the
