AIM is adding a Senior Accountant to the team to work in the office in Boulder, CO. Experience with medical billing with a private practice, ideal candidate in behavioral health Experience with EMR and billing software.

Job Responsivities

Full time, on-site in North Boulder

Oversee the EMR and Billing system – work closely with the internal Office Manager and the external billing company to ensure accurate data, accurate rates and timely collections

Reconciliation of Revenue Earned, Deferred Revenue and Deposits from EMR to accounting system on a weekly basis

Accounts Receivable collections on self-pay accounts with weekly reporting on cash flow to management

Accounts Payable including vendor relationships, invoice entry and payments

Bank posting and reconciliations

Credit card postings and reconciliation

Month end close

  • Revenue accruals from EMR system
  • P&L reviews
  • Balance Sheet Reconcialtion
  • Reporting

Additional projects as needed by Leadership

Requirements

BA in Business or Accounting OR 3+ years relevant experience

Experience with medical billing with a private practice, ideal candidate in behavioral health

Experience with EMR and billing software

Quickbooks super user

Excel super star

Bonus for experience with Bill.com

Compensation

Salary $80k
