As a Senior Accountant for IWG, you will actively participate in the preparation and analysis of the Company’s monthly financial statements and help ensure the balance sheet accounts are timely and accurately reconciled to the General Ledger. The Senior Accountant oversees the Company’s Accounts Payable process and supervises the Accounts Payable team and is also in charge of the Company’s daily Treasury and Cash Management process. You will earn a starting salary between $60k to $70k depending on relevant experience. Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in the monthly financial close process
• Supervise accounts payable process, including payment initiation and review of payables ledger
• Prepare cash forecasts
• Preparation of month-end journal entries and weekly payroll entries
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
• Prepare and review month end P&L variance analysis
• Participates in month end P&L reviews with Finance Team
• Support budget preparation
• Prepare pertinent information for third party audit requests
• Assist with other reporting requests as needed

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
• 2+ years of experience in general accounting
• Advanced Excel skills
• Must be accurate and detail-oriented
• Good communication, organizational and problem solving skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
