Responsible for the timely and accurate preparation of Month-End Accounting Closing Functions that include Journal Entries, Accruals, Fixed Assets, GL Account Reconciliations, and Bank Reconciliations.

Will assist with and prepare compliance reports for various State and Federal Agencies.

Responsible for Quarterly 941 reporting and reconciliation, Annual 1099 and W-2 preparation.

Will assist with annual Audits, Financial, 401K, and Insurance.

Assist with internal control and compliance processes documentation.

Backup for other accounting and administration functions as required.

Skills and Experience Required:

Bachelors in Accounting or Finance

3 + years GAAP Accounting experience

Individual with a strong desire to learn quickly and accept responsibility.

Proven work experience as a Senior Accountant with a leadership role

Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including listening skills.

Self-starter – ability to prioritize workload, handle multiple tasks, work as part of a team as well as individually.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
