What You'll Do
The Senior Associate, HR Analytics and HRIS (Workday) is responsible for administration and maintenance of OCC’s Learning Management System (LMS) and other applications that support organizational development initiatives. This includes training survey administration and maintenance, reporting and monitoring. This role directly interfaces with OCC’s business departments to help achieve learning goals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
LMS Administration and Maintenance
  • Manage and optimize all aspects of the LMS.
  • Coordinate registration for, and track completion of, all internal and external training utilizing the LMS.
  • Manage the distribution and maintenance of training materials via the LMS.
  • Plan, launch, and maintain enterprise-wide learning campaigns (New Employee, Annual Required Training and Ad hoc training requests).
  • Identify and resolve any LMS related concerns; tracking, assignments, completion status.
  • Prepare, analyze, and distribute reports and other learning data to applicable Stakeholders.
  • Work with internal stakeholders and IT resources to continuously enhance the learning worklet within the LMS.
Process Management
  • Provide support for Education Assistance Program requests: Track participant pre-approval, prepare reimbursement requests; inspecting for grade qualifications, receipt submission and adherence to OCC annual thresholds.
  • Administer the online training survey tool used, including sending ad hoc surveys as requested by Stakeholders.
  • Manage and build strong stakeholder relationships with the ability to keep stakeholders engaged, responsible and proactive in working toward planned goals and objectives, while connecting the dots across the various HR functions.
Organizational Development Metrics
  • Assist in the development of metrics and reports on the effectiveness of trainings provided.
Other core responsibilities:
  • Learn, develop and maintain LMS knowledge through practical experience and ongoing training.
  • Draft departmental reports and engage and assist in special projects and other ad-hoc activities that support OCC’s Organizational Development program.
  • Identify opportunities for increased efficiency in current processes.
  • Handle routine questions relating to OCC training programs and escalate inquiries as appropriate.
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of internal policies, processes, procedures and controls that relate to our LMS and training program.
  • Act as a departmental change agent to proactively identify and drive opportunities for continuous improvement, process optimization and system enhancements to support business strategies and operational needs.
  • Complete ad hoc projects and requests as needed by Director, HR Analytics & HRIS.

Technical Skills:
  • Workday Learning proficiency preferred
  • Prior LMS administration experience a plus
  • Proven proficiency with Microsoft 365 products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Articulate 360 proficiency a plus
  • SharePoint proficiency a plus
  • Working knowledge of Jira and Confluence a plus
Education and/or Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3+ years of experience, preferably in an LMS administration, or training related function.
