SENIOR COMPLIANCE MANAGER

Oversees the day to day monitoring, reporting, and control of processes within the BSA/AML Compliance Department

Review of documents; SARS, CTRs & regulatory reporting; Case filings; Case Filings; Alert

5-10 years experience in BSA/AML environment

Compile information for Board meetings

Interact with external auditors

Assist with development of BSA/AML/OFAC training & existing bank staff

Ensures high risk customers, products, & transactions are regularly scheduled for review & evaluation

Provide guidance BSA/AML Analysts conducting investigations

Perform reviews of information submitted by BSA/AML analysts

Maintains proficient knowledge of rules & regulations according to BSA/OFAC & Patriot Act

CAMS (ACAMS Certification is must)

EXPERIENCE

5-10 years experience

College Degree

CAMS cert

Anti -Fraud Certs a plus but not required
