Legal secretary sought for busy western Lehigh County law firm; fulltime position but hours may be flexible; must have law office experience, good typing skills

Proven experience in the operation of all Voice Applications (call routing, desk and soft-phones, voice mail, digital voice recording, etc.).

Most of your time is spent answering phones, scheduling service calls, performing data entry and maintaining our client database; promote our maintenance plans.

Specifically, the sales engineer will use a mix of phone, emails and direct sales calls to help turn leads/prospects into customers.

Maintains comprehensive working knowledge in the field of marketing and shares information with appropriate organization personnel.
