How Will You Make a Difference?

• Consult case teams and client representatives on best practices surrounding the preservation, collection, processing, analysis, review, and production of ESI.
• Utilize software tools (e.g. forensic collection tools and Relativity Analytics) to reduce the size of potentially relevant data sets.
• Work with case teams, client representatives, and vendors to devise and implement plans to preserve, collect, process, review, and produce ESI in a defensible manner.
• Competently maintain and support the eDiscovery applications used by the firm.

What Will You Bring to the Table?

• At least 9 years, experience in the litigation field with significant working knowledge of forensic data collection and document review technologies (e.g. Relativity, enCase, technology assisted review).
• Knowledge of litigation and forensic data collection in the litigation field as normally acquired through a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Obtain, and remain current on, professional and software certifications. Relativity Certified Administrator, Relativity Analytics Specialist, and Relativity Processing Specialist certifications are preferred.
