Overview: Fusion Medical Staffing is searching for a Senior Front-End Developer, React to join our growing Technology team. As a Senior Software Developer, React Native you will participate in all aspects of the Agile software development lifecycle which includes estimating, technical design, implementation, documentation, testing, deployment, and support of application developed.

What You’ll Work on:

Fusion Marketplace - A staffing recruitment platform where healthcare travelers are in control. Healthcare travelers now have more career, agency, recruiter, and lifestyle choices in one convenient location. Unknowns known.

Work Environment:

Position Type/Expected hours worked:

This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST (flexible start/end times with manager discretion). Regular and punctual attendance is required

Required Education and Experience:

• 4+ years of software development experience with ReactJS, with a deep understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Experience with web application development frameworks and tools like React, Redux, Express, webpack
• Solid understanding of mobile UI/UX best practices and standards
• Experience designing application structure and architecture
• Deep understanding of state management
• Understanding and comfortable with designing and using API’s like REST
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Great customer empathy that makes user experience a top priority
• Experience developing software in a fast-paced agile environment

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Experience building mobile apps with React Native, including native modules
• Familiar with cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Services)
• Experience using an IDE such as Visual Studio
• Foundational knowledge of SQL
• Experience with Test Driven Development and Acceptance Test Driven Development
• Experience with modern authentication using OAuth 2.0, SAML, JWT
• Experience with .NET in an enterprise environment
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience developing native Objective-C / Swift iOS or Java Android applications
