SENIOR DESIGNER

Responsibilities:

• Create eye-catching graphics and engaging marketing items.
• Design Offering Memorandums (OM) with the ability to swiftly transfer data from Excel to InDesign.
• Maintain brand consistency and design trends throughout all marketing projects.
• Design and coordinate Social Media posts.
• Design and coordinate E-mail blasts (Mailchimp).
• Liaise with broker team and creative team to ensure deadlines are met.
• Package and organize Graphic Files following specific file naming procedures.

Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer.
• Portfolio of completed design projects with excellent artistic instincts alignment, typography, composition, and color palettes.
• Hands-on experience with photo editing- color grading, retouching, and trimming.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (High focus on Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
• High Attention to visual details whilst being empathetic to our viewer's expectations.
• Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a fast-paced, high-profile team.
• Highly Organized- multiple projects working in tandem.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Self-Discipline and an eagerness to learn.
• Team Player with a positive attitude. There are many levels of revisions from creative director, broker team, and clients.
• Real Estate Experience is a PLUS.
• Working Knowledge of Video Editing Software is a PLUS.

This position is full-time and on-site in Encino, CA. We are unable to accept applications for remote work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,046.54 - $72,314.12 per year
