We are looking for an experienced professional who is willing to lead the jobs and get s**t done! We need someone with extremely sophisticated client management skills (someone who has worked with celebrities and millionaires in the past) and understands the nuances of residential construction.

We're looking for a Senior Installer with about 10 years of experience to lead our team of craftspeople. You're the person they'll look up to and ask for direction everyday, the person who will hold them accountable and possess the discipline to get the job done correctly and on-time.

You're a perfectionist and settle for nothing less than the absolute highest quality work. Corner-cutters and half-a**ers annoy you. You want to be with the best.

Koncept Garage provides high-quality, done-for-you garage renovations, cleanouts and organizing services for our high-end, residential clientele.

At this time, we primarily assist with garages, along with ancillary spaces (sheds, attics, storage rooms, closets, laundry rooms).

QUALIFICATIONS

● Must have 10 years of experience leading a team of installers or contractors

● Must be a U.S. Citizen

● Reside in the Austin, TX area and able to travel daily

● Available full-time Mon-Fri with hours ranging 8-6pm

● Ability to lift 50 lbs.

● Presentable demeanor

● Own means of transportation

PAY & COMPENSATION

● $25 - $35/hour as a W-2 employee

● $50 bonus per job with a 5-star client review (we do 8-10 jobs/month)

● 4.5 day work week (if there are no punch lists you get Friday afternoons off)

RESPONSIBILITIES

● Successfully manage our VIP client experience process & client expectations

● Successfully complete projects on time and under budget (no punch lists)

● Lead installations and supervise our craftspeople

● Successfully working in tandem with our team of professional organizers

● Be the eyes and ears for our project manager and founder when they are not on site

● Accept drop-shipped deliveries

● Maintain our extremely high work quality standards

● Oversee subcontractors working on site with the team (i.e. junk haulers, delivery drivers, electricians, etc.)

● Complete final walkthrough & job sign-off with client

● Provide accurate estimates for add-ons and upsells

● Successful installation of all products

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
