Job Description:

Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Representative to develop and manage online and offline marketing channels, support business objectives, lead customer acquisition, foster customer retention, provide sales support, and advance brand building.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage online and offline marketing channels
• Lead customer acquisition
• Develop an overall marketing strategy and build marketing programs to support specific objectives across different (online and offline) channels and segments
• Develop business cases for marketing programs and make recommendations on marketing tactics
• Evaluate the impact of marketing efforts in achieving their objectives and measuring results
• Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, driving collaboration with the stakeholders and leveraging the right internal processes
• Develop an inbound lead generation machine

Compensation & Benefits:

• Target base salary: $90k - $115K
• Annual Bonus: 3%-5% based on company and individual performance
• Medical, dental, vision - company covers a % amount for the employee
• PTO = 2 weeks
