If you have a strong background and experience in desktop/server support and enjoy providing timely, reliable, and highly independent support to a corporate-wide user base across multiple sites, we want to talk to you! You will be interfacing with multiple levels of functional management regarding current and future computing needs.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in the field or a related area;
• Experience installing, diagnosing, troubleshooting Windows 10/11 computers and Windows servers in a Windows Active Directory Domain network using TCP/IP;
• Experience installing hardware and software on desktops, notebooks, and servers ensuring full functionality on network, printer and applications connections;
• Experience in remote server administration tools (RSAT) and PowerShell scripting;
• Experience installing wired/wireless routers, switches, hubs with an understanding of the OSI model;
• Relevant skills with Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access;
• Experience in Office 365 administration including SharePoint migration and security management is highly desired;
• Experience in VoIP/Cloud PBX/UCaaS administration is highly desired;
• Outstanding customer service and interaction skills in person and by phone;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
