UZURV is a 80+ person, rapidly growing technology company based in Richmond, VA. UZURV's technology and mobility platform serves individuals with disabilities, the elderly, and others who need assistance with independent transportation. It's a mobility platform used by public transit agencies across the country to provide on demand transportation with specialty credentialed, drug and alcohol tested drivers for safe, reliable mobility and a higher level of care to people who need help getting around. A little bit about the role!

We are looking for a proven and experienced process and project manager to lead our client strategy team responsible for cross functional implementation process management. This position will report directly to UZURV's Senior Director of Client Strategy and oversee a team of 1-3 implementation managers. As our Senior Process and Implementation Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

• Building and optimizing processes with new program implementations and communication processes and effectively documenting program requirements
• Capturing and disseminating program standard operating procedures and technology integration
• Leading new program implementations for 3-5 new programs at any given time
• Understanding the “why” of tasks and creating cross-departmental alignment and prioritization
• Communicating exceptionally well with people at all levels of an organization - clear, concise, friendly, and engaging and with a bias to action and results
• Developing presentations and reports and leading regular meetings and conference calls with partners and senior leadership
• Crafting useful and actionable takeaways from quantitative and qualitative information
• Establishing strong client partner relationships
• Working effectively across teams to resolve concerns, issues, root causes of problems, and influencing and managing issues to successful resolution

We are excited about you because…

• You have 5+ years' experience in consultative, strategic positions leading process and project management, managing accounts and/or relationships with key decision makers.
• You have a 4 year college degree (or higher level of educational attainment).
• You have the experience and ability to apply a variety of process management disciplines and have experience aligning strategic insights and solutions to client or partner goals
• You demonstrate proven relationship building, collaboration/teamwork orientation and ability to influence decisions to mutually beneficial outcomes.
• You have the ability to approach situations as a thoughtful, creative problem solver who can find opportunities for improvement/change.
• You have strong problem resolution skills with proven ability to engage and interact with internal teams to resolve client issues.
• You demonstrate high integrity and exceptional commitment to delivering results; high empathy for serving underserved communities.

• Technology-oriented - You must be well versed in G Suite applications and pick up new technologies quickly.
• Metrics-minded - We build great stuff, but it is not easy. You must be driven to find the numbers that help us hit goals and identify solutions, especially while under pressure.
• Agile - Multitasking is necessary in a growing, fast-paced company, as is the ability to plan and organize your workload. You must be flexible and nimble to adapt to shifting priorities.
