F.M. Light and Sons has been in business since 1905, and is still owned and operated by the Light family. We sell men's and women's quality western wear. We will be interviewing qualified candidates for the position of Senior Retail Sales Associate. This position will report to the Owners and Store Manager. Located in the heart of Downtown Steamboat Springs, our amazing staff offers top notch customer service in a fun, western atmosphere.

Our ideal candidate will possess a solid base of education and experience that includes sales, customer service, merchandising, operations and product knowledge functions in a retail environment.

Compensation starts at 20+ per hour for this position as well as sales incentive pay, dependent on your experience and achievement based on your demonstrated ability to;

• consistently achieve your own fair share of personal goals
• deliver a high level of customer service to our customers
• perform store operations at a high level of productivity, efficiency, and accuracy including merchandising, inventory, organization, and cleanliness
• have FUN serving all who visit F.M. Light & Sons from around the world!
