Pacifictech Molded Products, Inc. is a small but fast-growing contract manufacturer of OEM components. We specialize in precision rubber molding and plastic injection molding serving a variety of industries, including aftermarket automotive, small business machine, appliance, irrigation and lighting.

We are seeking someone who is passionate about making an impact and can sell the products and services that our clients have come to rely on. The ideal candidate is a results-driven sales representative who generates leads, actively seeks out and engages potential prospects, possesses the ability to close deals, and can adeptly build relationships. Responsibilities include:

• Generate leads.
• Reach out to potential customer leads through cold calling.
• Educate prospective customers about products/services using persuasive presentation.
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of potential customers to address their needs.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a sales representative.
• Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record of closed sales.
• Excellent sales, communication and negotiation skills.
• Prioritization, time management and organizational skills.
• Openness to feedback.
• 5+ years professional experience in OEM sales, business development, or marketing in the rubber industries preferred.
