Experience in rating systems; As a consultant, super user, or technical design / implementation subject matter expert. Present material to peers and clients.

Ability to analyze, diagnose and resolve end-user technical support issues quickly and accurately (a desktop support wizard). A college degree is preferred.

Use of analysis techniques such as SPC, complex statistics, capability studies, regression analysis and design of experiments.

Provide support answering incoming calls and ensures calls are redirected accordingly (backup on firm main line). Manage docket calendar and deadlines.

Candidates must have a bachelors degree in social work, with working knowledge of federal, state and Medicaid/Medicare regulations.
