Summary:
Responsible for supporting the effective implementation of new or enhanced systems and processes while working with various end users and stakeholders across multiple departments and functions. Responsible for identifying and correcting problematic conditions for existing business applications.
Responsibilities:
1. Collect, review and document business needs and requirements, user documentation and process flows; coordinate design reviews; and serve as a liaison between technology and business units.
2. Facilitates communication with the technical and reporting teams to ensure that business requirements are translated to design specifications and appropriate testing efforts.
3. Performs application setup and configuration in support of the implementation of new modules or the addition of new functionality.
4.. Facilitates the design and configuration of solutions for system interfaces working closely with interface team.
5. Facilitates end user testing and training and verifies business user acceptance testing.
6. Facilitates and participates in testing and verification efforts for production releases, executing software unit test plans.
7. Coordinate Issue resolution working closely with vendors to assure prompt resolution.
8. Monitor daily processing to identify and correct problematic conditions.
9. Fulfills all compliance responsibilities related to the position.
10. Performs other duties as assigned.
11. Provides 24/7 support through investigation & analysis of problems using documentation, manuals, debugging tools & logic to resolve problems, prevent recurrence & ensure continuity. Takes remote call for off-shift, weekends & holidays as assigned.

Required: Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems/Business with experience implementing and supporting Business Applications.
Minimum Experience: five years
Desired: Knowledge of industry best practices and trends.
Experience with Kronos PREFERRED.
