We are a CPA Firm licensed in Florida and specializes in International Tax Compliance. We are seeking a full time CPA or CPA Candidate with Public Accounting experience to join our team as a Senior Tax Preparer!

In this position, the candidate will be preparing personal/business/non-profit and fiduciary tax returns. The position requires interacting and assisting clients in tax planning, consulting, and regulatory tax compliance for complex returns. Confidentiality, excellent organizational skills, and accuracy are important qualifications for this position, as well as good client relations and the ability to communicate clearly.

Duties:

• Bookkeeping review and preparation of Year-End Financial Statements
• Preparation of 1040, 1040NR, 1065, 1120, 1120S
• IRS Foreign Person Withholdings forms
• Preparation of forms 5471, 8865 and 8858
• Preparation of Streamlined Procedure Filings with the IRS
• Correspondence and phone calls with IRS and state agencies

Qualified candidates will offer:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 4-5 years of public accounting experience
• CPA, MBA, Enrolled agent or MST candidate required
• Proficiency in QuickBooks
• Bilingual: English and Spanish
• Ability to work under pressure, in a fast-paced working environment
• Knowledge in UltraTax a plus

Availability:

· Weekdays; Monday - Friday; 8am to 5pm

· Required: Tax Season with increased hours (January – April 15th, and August – October 15th)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
