Job Title: Server/Bartender/Busser/Runner

Job Description:

Our restaurant is currently seeking enthusiastic and skilled individuals to fill the roles of Server, Bartender, Busser, and Runner. As a team member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area, and ensuring the timely delivery of food and drinks to guests.

Server Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers, taking orders, and answering questions about menu items
• Accurately entering customer orders into the POS system
• Delivering food and drinks to tables in a timely and professional manner
• Providing recommendations on menu items and upselling when appropriate
• Handling cash and credit card transactions
• Maintaining a clean and organized dining area

Bartender Responsibilities:

• Preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to customers
• Following recipes to ensure consistency and quality of drinks
• Maintaining a clean and organized bar area
• Checking customers' IDs to ensure they are of legal drinking age
• Engaging in conversation with customers and providing exceptional customer service
• Handling cash and credit card transactions

Busser Responsibilities:

• Clearing and resetting tables after customers have finished their meals
• Keeping the dining area clean and free of clutter
• Assisting servers and bartenders as needed
• Stocking and replenishing supplies such as napkins, utensils, and condiments
• Assisting with cleaning tasks at the end of the shift

Runner Responsibilities:

• Delivering food and drinks to tables in a timely and professional manner
• Ensuring that each order is complete and accurate before delivering to customers
• Communicating with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Assisting with cleaning tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
