• Minimum two years of service advisor experience required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both external and internal customers and employees.
• Maintain highest customer satisfaction in accordance with Manufactures guidelines
• Develops a keen understanding of all of our products and services.
• Understands customer’s needs and is committed to exceed customer expectations every day.
• Complies with all company policies and procedures
