Responds to internal and external phone calls for the department which includes assisting customers with questions on banking products.

Valid drivers license and ability to pass background test. Properly and efficiently document all calls/jobs to the company's requirements.

Prospect potential new accounts with leads provided. Some travel will be necessary within the assigned territory and possibly to events or trade shows.
