Job Description :

Role Purpose:

Site Administrators ensure that workplace administrative and clerical needs are met. HR duties include payroll and benefit administration, all aspects of the hiring process from scheduling interviews to new hire paperwork. The incumbent will coordinate company events including corporate and outside visitors, Christmas Parties, and Safety events. The Site Administrator is responsible for confidential and time sensitive material.

Accountabilities:

  • Assist employees with queries about HR-related issues
  • Assist corporate payroll department by providing relevant employee information and facilitating resolutions to any payroll error
  • Participate in job postings, candidate interviews, travel, and hiring process
  • Orient new employees by providing information packets; reviewing company policies; gathering withholding and other payroll information; explaining benefit programs; sending all original paperwork to corporate to process
  • Maintain personnel records and other HR documents. Maintain medical records.
  • Administer requests for network ID, SAP, hardware, software, and other IS/IT needs
  • Maintain a weekly hourly employee report that includes OT%, work hours, scheduled hours, absences, staffing, and other information helpful to the management team.
  • Plan and arrange company events, including organizing catering
  • Forward management email correspondence to the site; Communicate upcoming events to the site
  • Maintain office supplies and order stock as needed

Skills & Experience:

  • HS Diploma
  • 2+ years’ experience working in an office setting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to complete complex administrative tasks with minimal supervision
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft software
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects
  • Customer-service oriented
