Position Summary
Provision of psychosocial care to hospice patients/families in coordination with the interdisciplinary team (IDT) that is consistent with the goals, definitions, philosophy, and purpose of Hospice of the Red River Valley. All psychosocial services to hospice patients and families including assessment, support and coordination of services.
Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor of Social Work from a school accredited by the Council on Social Work Education.
  • Experience: Minimum of one year of social work experience; health care experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal communication and counseling skills; team player
  • Commitment to concepts of palliative care and hospice

Certifications, Licenses, Registrations Required

  • Licensure in North Dakota and Minnesota
  • Current drivers license and auto insurance
