Job Title: Software Developer

Shift: Monday – Friday, core hours 8:30 am to 5:00 pm

Job Summary:

The Software Developer is responsible for developing software programs and systems to support all aspects of the suppressor business. Job Responsibilities & Essential Functions:

• Collaborate with team members to determine client requirements for software
• Develop intuitive software that meets and exceeds the needs of the company
• Maintain software and create updates regularly to address customer and company concerns
• Analyze and test programs and products before formal launch
• Actively seek ways to improve business software processes and interactions
• Work on technical issues, including software system design and maintenance
• Compiling and assessing user feedback to improve software performance
• Engage with internal stakeholders to understand and deliver stand-alone, cross-functional web- based solutions

Job Requirements & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Software Developer Experience
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Strong, proactive quantitative and analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and presentation skills; including the ability to provide written and verbal direction effectively.
• Organized with an ability to manage multiple projects with strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Being able to efficiently identify and resolve issues that arise during the design, testing and maintenance processes using problem-solving skills
• Outstanding collaboration and communication skills are essential
• Full stack software development experience
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently or as part of a team
• Strong ability to think strategically and problem solve in both traditional and non-traditional ways

This job includes close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
