The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing budgets and schedules for contract work and assisting with cost proposals, pricing documentation, "what-if" cost analysis, program cost forecasts, and cost variance analysis. Must stay aware of outstanding work against each contract in order to maintain realistic contract cost and schedule baselines.

• Partner with program leaders to understand overall performance of the Destinations and Advanced Programs portfolios, with data modeling and deep dive analysis on critical initiatives
• Develop sophisticated, data driven models to support leadership decision
• Prepare and contribute to executive presentations, including business performance, risks and opportunities
• Drive automation and operational improvement
• Continual process improvements to help scale the business and automate data and reporting

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field of study
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience
• Higher education may substitute for relevant experience
• Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education
• Ability to effectively and clearly communicate program and financial related information
• Advanced Excel skills

• Aerospace experience a plus
