Job Details:

Summary: The role of the Project Coordinator ensures that upcoming projects are implemented successfully by gathering equipment, resources and information. In addition, they maintain budgets for each project while also organizing stakeholder meetings for all involved with a particular project. They organize reporting, plan meetings and provide updates to project managers. The Project Coordinator will manage the teams cost center for budget vs actuals: team travel, team training, etc... The Project Coordinator, in collaboration with their manager and department leaders, will perform administrative tasks such as managing team calendars, generating correspondence, maintaining certain files and planning and coordinating appropriate recuring meetings and scheduling facilities.

Job Requirement:

• 5+ years of experience in a business/project coordination
• Experience in providing organization around multiple teams and departments
• Experience in planning strategic initiatives
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Previous experience writing documentation and procedural materials for multiple audiences
• Experience writing for the developer and technical audiences - blog, product documentation, technical information
• Experience working in collaboration with software engineers
• Versatile abilities and extreme dedication to efficient productivity

• Experience in data analysis and budget management
• Proven success in a project coordination role
• Nimble business mind, focused on developing creative solutions
• Strong project-reporting skills, with focus on interdepartmental communications
• Produce documentation and meeting notes from key meetings and design discussions
• Work with leadership and stakeholders to ensure that the technical documentation is up-to-date and establish project cadences to ensure timely delivery of content creation, maintenance, accessibility, and approval workflow.
• Research, outline, write and edit new and existing content, working closely with various departments to understand project requirements.
• Independently gather information from subject matter experts to develop, organize, and write procedure manual and process documentation.
• Work with development and support leads to identify all documentation repositories and revise, edit, and create solutions for data compilation and centralized storage.
• Develop content in alternative media forms for maximum usability, with a consistent and cohesive voice across all documentation.
• Diagraming experience is preferred
