Job Summary:

• The primary function of the Sr. Project Manager is to manage the day-to day project activities of the company to ensure all initiatives meet the organizational goals and requirements.

Essential Responsibilities/Duties:

• Directly manage day-to-day execution of projects.
• Plan projects according to company deliverables, milestones, and KPIs.
• Work on cross-functional projects with an ability to build and maintain relationships with multiple department heads. Scope will include managing new real estate development as HealthTrackRx expands its footprint nationwide.
• Identify project deliverable owners and drive/motivate those individuals towards completion.
• Manage third parties involved in projects.
• Identify roadblocks and barriers on projects and work with team to remedy.
• Provide effective decision making and a strong sense of urgency to the role.
• Analyze project progress through metrics and analytics.
• Prepare, publish, and present project progress reviews to Executive Leadership.

Qualifications:

• Education –
  • B.A or B.S, required
• Competencies/Skills –
  • Ability to effectively present and communicate to executive leadership
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills including Project Management software experience.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, dependability, and ethical judgement.
  • Ability to handle a heavy project load and seamlessly transition from one project to another
• Experience –
  • 3-7 years hands on Project management experience
  • Previous experience working on projects involving new real estate development a plus
  • Previous laboratory or healthcare industry related experience, preferred
  • Exposure to Six Sigma and/or Lean principles a plus
• Certifications/Licenses –
  • PMP and/or Agile certification, required

Mental/Physical Demands & Work Environment:

Vision, hearing, speech, movements requiring the use of wrists, hands and/ or fingers. Must have the

ability to sit for extended periods. Must have the ability to work the hours and days required to

complete the essential functions of the position. Light physical effort requires handling average

weight objects up to 10 lbs. and some standing and walking. Learning, thinking, concentration, and

the ability to work under pressure, particularly during busy times. Must be able to pay close attention

to detail and able to work as a member of a team to ensure excellent customer service. Must have

the ability to interact effectively with co-workers and customers, and exercise self-control and

diplomacy in customer and employee relations’ situations. Must have the ability to exercise discretion

as well as appropriate judgments when necessary. Must be proactive in finding solutions.
