As a Staff Accountant at our Kingsport, TN manufacturing plant you will provide administrative support to the accounting functions including Account Analysis, Payroll, production reporting (Protraq/E1). You will also maintain multiple databases, and physical and electronic filing. Compiles statistics for various reports. Apply today!

What you'll do

· Monitor daily production and upload reconciling from Protraq to E1 and correct production errors in Protraq and E1.

· Upload production reports.

· Work with Maintenance Department purchase order tracking/spare parts.

· Improve inventory accuracy.

· Work with obsolete inventory.

· Set up new vendors in E1.

· Payroll processing.

· Work with Plant Controller on month-end closing, budget preparation and physical inventory.

· Report analysis and account reconciliations.

· Monitor fixed asset changes.

· Maintain and review leases monthly.

· Other duties as defined by Plant Controller.

What you'll need to have:

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Management

· Minimum three (3) years of experience; manufacturing environment preferred

· Advanced Excel, Pivot Tables formulas databases

· Cost Accounting experience E1 experience a plus

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
