Hunter Ambrose International - Recruiting for a Staff Physical Therapist near Yosemite National Park

Hunter Ambrose has been retained to recruit a full-time Physical Therapist. Our client is a rural hospital located an hour from Fresno and 1 hour from Yosemite National Park. The department is growing with the addition of new Physical Therapists.

Responsibilities include:

• Evaluates and treat patients referred by physicians for rehabilitation services
• Reports to: Rehab Director
• The average number of patients per day: 6-8 patients per day
• Typical patient: orthopedics, geriatrics, older pediatric, athletic injuries
• Inpatients consist of observation, acute or skilled care/swing bed
• Hours of the position areMonday - Friday with some flexible scheduling

Candidate qualifications:

• Current California Physical Therapist License OR ability to obtain
• New grads are welcome to apply

Compensation:

• The hourly range is $47.95 - $59.25 based on years of experience
• Sign on and retention bonus negoitable
• Relocation assistance - typically up to 10k
• 3 months temporary housing, (the hospital has dedicated housing in the area) and or a housing stipend to help candidates relocate affordably to the area
