Project Engineers and Project Managers

Mosaic Engineering and Consulting is a company that provides engineering services with emphasis on repair and restoration of existing buildings. Seeking structural and architectural engineers. Project engineers and managers perform assessments of condition, design repairs, and manage construction efforts for clients. The position involves execution of engineering projects, management of clients and projects, and business development. Duties include: structural analysis, design of repairs, preparation of drawings and specifications, and construction administration activities.

• Perform a wide range of structural and materials engineering analysis and design projects involving steel, concrete, masonry and wood structures.
• Assist senior staff in site investigations to document existing conditions.
• Prepare engineering reports, drawings and specifications, and proposals.
• Construction administration of projects.
• Project types include: o Structural and materials evaluations and analysis. o Façade and building envelope evaluation and design. o Fall protection and roof anchor systems. o Roofing and waterproofing evaluations and design. o Property condition assessments. o Forensic and failure evaluations.

Seeking candidates with 2 to 10 years of experience. Responsibilities and compensation will be commensurate with skills and experience. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $72,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
