ESP Personnel is currently seeking a reliable Swing Shift Staffing Coordinator. The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for establishing relationships with key client contacts. Staffing Coordinator provides continuous support to healthcare providers and maintains a deep understanding of upcoming facility needs. This position will cover a Wenesday – Saturday after-hours schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Fill and anticipate facility requests based on current and seasonal activity.
• Present all qualified candidates to facilities in the area; including planning and outreach to locations that do not have posted openings.
• Promote flexible scheduling of candidates across multiple facility locations.
• Evaluate and plan recruitment activities to strengthen focused placement pools.
• Perform routine scheduled evaluations on all healthcare professionals working at that facility.
• Perform administrative functions as necessary.

• Knowledge of recruitment and selection techniques
